Meet Massachusetts Attorney, Sean Beagan
I have been in practice for 10 years, spending the last two in my own practice. I pride myself in offering hands-on representation for each client and for being easily accessible and approachable to clients.
My extensive work in personal injury litigation, worker's compensation and trust procedures have allowed me to gain knowledge on how to handle each individual case. Seeking a challenge, I decided to leave a small firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to form my own practice.
Throughout these past years, I have tried cases in District Court and Superior Court of Massachusetts, as well as at the Industrial Accident Board. I have also appeared before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and several administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Registry of Motor Vehicles Board of Appeals and the Appellate Tax Board. Aside from my legal practice, I am a volunteer for the Massachusetts Bar Association's Dial-A-Lawyer and am a licensed real estate broker.
